Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refund Eligibility

If you purchase a subscription plan and choose to cancel it within seven (7) days from the date of activation, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be considered eligible.

2. Upgrade Policy

If you upgrade your subscription plan, your previous subscription will be immediately replaced by the new plan.

The previous subscription amount will be eligible for refund only if:

  • The previous subscription was active for no more than seven (7) days
  • The refund request is made within the 7-day eligibility window

If the previous subscription has been active for more than seven (7) days, it will not be refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of subscription activation
  • Subscriptions that have exceeded the 7-day usage period
  • Failure to use the service after subscription activation

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
